For the LOVE of macarons~~
My second attemp on Italian Meringue Method to make theese cute sandwiches. The first attempt macarons went into the dustbin.. so wrooong the RAIN.. tried to dry the shell for an hour but failed. This time I choose the right time and the right thermometer temp and it goes really well... alhamdulillah. But the first batch are undermix, so I did some more mix on whats left in the mixing bowl.. turns out PERFECT. Can you see the cute feet..or skirt? Yeaaayyy.. next steps are to try lots and lots of filling and also lots of flavour... INSYAALLAH
