Backdated Entry
Naael requested me to bake a cake for his Teacher's Day Party but sad to say I forgot the actual date and ends up giving the cake a day later.. Sorry Naael... My BAD ;( Overall the cake turns up lovely and he put a smile on face all day long. Ok.. the cake base is 7 inch buttercake with ganache and buttercream filling while the 2nd tier cake is 5 inch chocolate cake with ganache filling.
I made this Unicorn Cake for Baby Aaathif who live a far far away land in Malacca.This was the first visit to meet him . It's 7 inch buttercake, covered and fill with ganache. The cake was quite big for my friend's family, so she brought the left over to the university office. Everyone said the cake was lovely and DELICIOUS! Alhamdulillah....
